# THE ROSE AMONGST THE THORN

For the Courier Service Industry, my vision towards the year 2030 is a better service in delivering. I would want to receive my parcels on the day other people delivered it to me. Less time consuming on waiting is the best service that can be served by Courier Service Industry as the users don’t really like to wait.
As the CEO of the Courier Service company, innovation that I would like to make is an airbag in parcel if it contains fragile thing such as food. The parcel usually not carried well and the workers just throw it to make their work faster and easier. So, as there is an airbag in the parcel, the fragile thing won’t damage or broke inside and the receiver will receive their parcels in a good condition with a happy face.
Next, the improvement that I want to do is food can be delivered using this service. Nowadays, the delivery service cannot deliver food as the parcel will not be same when it have arrived than before. It is so frustrating. For example, I would like to open a bakery in future and my customers are from Perlis, I will just post the food such as cookies there instead of drive to Perlis to give the orders. If this happens, the courier service industry is one of the connections that will be frequently used by the online food businessman, not only in Malaysia but an entire world.
To sum up, the courier service industry is one of a platform to connect with people worldwide. The better the service, the more it will be recognised and used endlessly.
