Helo. Is me again. Today was the public lecture 2. This public lecture was involved all first students which came from different faculty like FEP, FTSM, FSSK, FUU, FPI, FPEN and others. The purpose to had a public lecture today was want to give a change to other faculty-student to had a basic knowledge about business. Today public lecture was related to social business.

According to Puan Nurfarini Daing , Social business is a non-divided company that is created to address and solve a social problem. In a social business, the owner can gradually recoup the money invested, but cannot take any dividend beyond that point. The different between social business and traditional business can be shown as below:

By attended this public lecture, I learned a lot of knowledge related to social business. And I knew that as a businessman, we should only caring about the profit, but we also need to focus on the social problem.
